We were brought on by Bishops in Chicago to help them identify with their target audience, build email marketing campaigns for this audience, create sales funnels to help the customer journey, and ultimately to help position sales. We started by getting to understand the brand with the ownership group, we also spent time defining the goals, hardships, and challenges they were facing as a business.

The team then got to work building a website including building an ad strategy to drive traffic to the site. We updated online tools to create a dialogue with incoming customers in real-time. We then shifted to offering marketing support with our main focus being to support the local store with sales initiatives.
